This Cleveland 36GMK1010300 kettle cabinet assembly's two 10-gallon kettles are encased in two-thirds steam jackets to ensure rice, soups, and gravies are heated uniformly. Because a gas-powered steam boiler is built into the unit, the kettles don't require an external boiler unit. Operators can monitor the pressure gauge and adjust the start and reset switches, which are mounted on the console. Solid-state water level controls can be used to adjust the boiler's water levels as needed. For safety, the unit turns off if water levels drop. Once product is ready to be poured, users can grab the kettles' handles to tilt the units manually, which enables them to pour a specific amount of product.
To prevent operational lag, the Cleveland 36GMK1010300 steam kettle cabinet assembly empties under pressure when the unit is powered off and refills automatically when the unit starts up initially. Both kettles are secured on a 36-inch-wide stainless steel cabinet, which includes a table top, back splash, and a hot and cold water faucet with a swing spout so users can perform tasks in a single space. For maintenance and servicing, the cabinet's front panel is removable and key components are accessible. This floor model is fitted with 6-inch stainless steel legs and adjustable flanged feet to minimize rocking and wobbling on uneven surfaces.
