The Cleveland 36CGM163000 ConvectionPro® steamer accommodates eight full-size pans in each of its two compartments, both of which are fully insulated to ensure heat stays inside. Coved corners facilitate cleanup and evenly distribute steam, which is produced at a high velocity by convection jets, throughout the compartment. A steam generator automatically fills up with water when the unit is turned on and drains the water when turned off while the cold water condenser keeps steam dry. Its instant steam standby feature keeps the cabinet at steam temperatures when not in use to reduce wait time.

The Cleveland 36CGM163000 steamer is constructed of stainless steel to resist dents, scratches, and rust, and since the unit operates without using pressure, the doors can be opened while it is running. Its door has a switch to automatically turn off steam when opened to prevent burns while the cut-off circuit prevents burnouts by shutting the unit off when water runs low. Each of the compartments has a 60-minute timer for keeping track of cook times, and additional storage is offered by a cabinet in the base.
