Cleveland 36CGM16300 Description
The Cleveland 36CGM16300 gas floor steamer has a 16-pan capacity. Each compartment can hold up to eight 12-inch-by-20-inch-by-21/2-inch pans. The steam chamber is constructed with heavy-duty stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. Coved corners promote even steaming through all eight pans. This model has two separate timers, one for each compartment. The timers allow the unit to steam at different time intervals in each steaming compartment.
The Cleveland 36CGM16300 gas floor steamer provides pressureless cooking forced convection steam that allows the doors to be opened during the steaming process. The instant steam standby mode keeps the generator at the ideal steaming temperature to offer instant cooking. This steamer has adjustable flanged feet for uneven surfaces.
