Cleveland 24CGP10 Description
The Cleveland 24CGP10 floor-model steamer is heated with natural gas, featuring a pressure regulator and control valve to meter the gas flow. The main power switch fills the generator with water, while a high-limit pressure safety switch shuts off gas flow when pressure exceeds safe amounts. As much as 180 pounds of steam is produced per hour with the PowerPak steam generator, and this unit features a standby mode to maintain proper steaming temperatures for immediate use. Dry steam is maintained with a cold water condenser; when the water is low, a secondary low-water shut-off safety turns off the unit.
Each compartment of the Cleveland 24CGP10 convection steamer holds five full-size pans on stainless steel slide racks that are removable when cleaning is required. The top and bottom of the steam chamber are creased to create more efficient draining of water, and the coved corners prevent dirt and bacteria from getting stuck in hard-to-reach. Most of this floor-model steamer is constructed of stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. Reversible gaskets on the doors retain steam and hot air, while a latch keeps the doors closed.
