The Cleveland 24CEA10.2 SteamCraft® Gemini™ 10 pressureless steamer is designed for high-volume commercial kitchens, featuring two independent cooking compartments with individual boiler-based steam generators. Each compartment accommodates five full-size cafeteria pans, providing a total capacity of 10 pans. The unit is equipped with manual controls, including an easyTimer system with a 90-minute dial and LED digital readout for precise monitoring. To ensure consistent cooking, the SureCook load compensating thermostat automatically adjusts steam output based on load size. A manual constant steam mode and descale indicator further enhance performance and maintenance efficiency.
Constructed of stainless steel, the Cleveland 24CEA10.2 steamer is built for durability and easy cleaning. The left-hand hinged doors and right-side controls create a convenient workflow for operators. An exclusive cold water condenser helps maintain dry steam for optimal cooking results, while a compartment door steam shut-off switch enhances safety. The steamer is supported by 6-inch adjustable stainless steel legs for stability in commercial environments.
