The single compartment in the Cleveland 22CGT3.1 countertop convection steamer can accommodate three full-size food pans. Enabling countertop use without taking up too much space, it measures

. The control panel is mounted on the side and includes a manual bypass switch that provides continuous steaming. Employees can also use the panel to adjust the temperature and the 60-minute electro-mechanical timer for accurate cooking.

The Cleveland 22CGT3.1 convection steamer has LED indicator lights that shine when the power is on and when the system resets. If the temperature reaches unsafe levels, the unit will shut off to prevent overheating, while the front door is sealed shut with gaskets to prohibit warm air from escaping during operation. The drain and water level are automatically controlled, and the unit can be used with a standard treated and tap water connection. Positioned on 4-inch adjustable legs, this steamer won't tilt on uneven surfaces.
