To expedite cleaning, the Cleveland (2) 22CGT66.1 electric steamer features a KleanShield™ condensate waste removal function and SteamChef™ automatic drain control. Each compartment in this double-stacked model has a capacity of six full-size pans. When one of the doors is opened, the steam and fan shut off automatically to reduce the risk of injury; for additional safety, it features a high-temperature, automatic shut-off to prevent overheating. For continuous steaming, it's equipped with a bypass switch.
The Cleveland (2) 22CGT66.1 convection steamer's doors are made of 14-gauge stainless steel to provide durability in high-volume settings. This metal resists rusting, warping, scratching, and is simple to clean. Its door gaskets are reversible, effectively doubling their lifespan, and its 4-inch legs are adjustable to account for uneven flooring.
