To ensure safe operation, the Cleveland (2) 22CGT33.1 electric steamer features a high-temperature, automatic shut-off; additionally, if one of its doors opens while in operation, its fan and steam turn off automatically to prevent injury. The doors are constructed of 14-gauge stainless steel—a rugged metal that resists warping, rusting, and corroding. To lengthen their lifespans, the door's gaskets are reversible. Enabling operators to install the unit on uneven flooring, its 4-inch legs are adjustable.
The Cleveland (2) 22CGT33.1 convection steamer is equipped with a 60-minute electromechanical timer and LED indicator lights for power and reset. Each of this double-stacked model's compartments holds three full-size pans and is furnished with a 1-gallon water reservoir. To streamline cleaning, it features KleanShield™ condensate waste removal and SteamChef™ automatic drain control. Overall, this unit measures 25.50 inches wide by 38.84 inches deep by 65.06 inches high.
