To simplify cleaning, the Cleveland (2) 22CGT33.1 convection steamer features a KleanShield™ condensate waste removal system as well as SteamChef™ automatic drain control. Each of its two compartments is equipped with a 1-gallon water reservoir and holds three full-size pans. When one of the doors is opened, the fan and steam are shut off automatically to reduce the risk of injury. For additional safety, this unit features a high-temperature, automatic shut-off to prevent overheating.
Measuring 25.50 inches wide by 38.84 inches deep by 65.06 inches high, the Cleveland (2) 22CGT33.1 electric steamer is a double-stacked model mounted on an equipment stand with adjustable, 4-inch legs. Using fan-forced convection steam, it operates without boilers, and its automatic water level controls ensure the correct amount water is present for optimal, consistent cooking results. This unit's doors are constructed of 14-gauge stainless steel—a heavy-duty metal that endures rigorous use without warping, denting, or rusting.
