Cleveland (2) 22CET66.1 Description
The Cleveland (2) 22CET66.1 convection steamer's doors are constructed of 14-gauge stainless steel to provide long-lasting durability against rust and corrosion as well as potential warping and denting. This double-stacked model's compartments accommodate six full-size pans. It uses SureCook controls for optimized speed and accuracy—ideal for chain operations that require consistency for various menu items. An equipment stand is included, and its adjustable, 4-inch legs account for uneven floors.
Each of the Cleveland (2) 22CET66.1 electric steamer's two compartments is equipped with a 1-gallon water reservoir; due to its boilerless operation, it uses fan-forced convection to produce steam in the compartment. When one of the doors is opened, the fan and steam shut off automatically to reduce the risk of injury. To simplify cleaning, it features a KleanShield™ condensate waste removal function and SteamChef™ automatic drain control. Overall, this unit is 251/2 inches wide by 3619/20 inches deep by 671/5 inches high.
