Without boilers, the Cleveland (2) 22CET66.1 electric steamer operates with fan-forced convection steam. It features two cooking compartments, each with a 1-gallon water reservoir and a capacity of six full-size pans. To ensure safe operation, the steam and fan shut off automatically when one of the doors is opened, and a high-temperature, automatic shut-off prevents overheating. The doors and hinges are made of 14-gauge stainless steel—a strong, simple-to-clean metal that supports heavy use.
The Cleveland (2) 22CET66.1 convection steamer is a double-stacked model measuring 251/2 inches wide by 3619/20 inches deep by 671/5 inches high. Its 4-inch legs are adjustable, enabling operators to install it on uneven or bumpy flooring. Ideal for chain operations, SureCook controls ensure product is cooked quickly, accurately, and consistently. The KleanShield™ interior automatically removes condensate waste from the cooking compartments to streamline cleaning. Doubling the lifespan of each, this unit's door gaskets are reversible.
