This double-stacked Cleveland (2) 22CET33.1 electric steamer measures 21.63 inches wide by 36.95 inches deep by 64.08 inches high. Each compartment accommodates three full-size pans and has a 1-gallon water reservoir at the bottom. The left-hinged compartment doors are made of 14-gauge stainless steel, supporting rigorous use without rusting, corroding, or denting. To improve safety and reduce the risk of overheating, this unit is equipped with a high-temperature, automatic shut-off.
The Cleveland (2) 22CET33.1 convection steamer is boilerless, operating with fan-forced convection steam. When one of the doors is opened, the steam and fan shut off automatically to conserve energy and reduce the risk of burns. It's equipped with a bypass switch for continuous steaming as well as a 60-minute electromechanical timer. It features SureCook controls to improve speed, maintain consistency, and optimize accuracy. For swift installation, this unit includes a stacking kit and equipment stand.
