For slicing meat or cheese at high speeds, the Axis AX-S14ULTRA manual meat slicer features a belt-driven design that operates its 14-inch-diameter blade at 300 revolutions per minute. Because it has a gravity-feed design placed at a 30-degree angle and a side handle, it's simple to use. Users can adjust the thickness of the cut with the thickness adjustment knob, which cuts slices as thick as 9/16 of an inch. Its built-in microswitch on the cover blade stalls operation should it lose contact, increasing operator safety.
Overall, the Axis AX-S14ULTRA manual meat slicer measures 35 inches wide by 21 inches deep by 20 inches high for installation on compatible worktables in deli locations. Made of anodized aluminum steel, this slicer unit offers a long life because of its hard structure and corrosion resistance.
