Axis AX-CL06M Description
The Axis AX-CL06M full-size combi oven accommodates six full-size sheet pans and includes three stainless steel wire shelves to support high-volume cooking. Its manual control system enables users to set the temperature between 86 and 545 degrees Fahrenheit, with a 120-minute timer or continuous on function. Interior halogen lighting enhances visibility, while a hinged double-pane glass door with a micro safety switch improves operator safety. A hand spray nozzle is included for convenient cleaning.
To promote even heat distribution, the Axis AX-CL06M combi oven features two automatic high-speed reversing fans operating at 3,200 RPM. Steam levels can be adjusted between 0 and 100 percent, and the integrated electro valve ensures a direct water connection. Its stainless steel construction and ultra-high-temperature fiberglass insulation help maintain consistent heating. For increased capacity, the unit is stackable with an additional oven using a separate stacking kit.
