To ensure various soil levels can be thoroughly cleaned, the Jackson TEMPSTAR W/O TempStar® door-type dishwasher includes a multi-setting timer with an extra-heavy (297 seconds), heavy (177 seconds), medium (117 seconds), and normal (57 seconds) cycle. This unit features a door-actuated start, an automatic tank fill, and a self-draining stainless steel pump that minimize hands-on tasks, while its specially designed stainless steel nozzles and interchangeable rinse/wash arms ensure consistent results. Its high-limit thermostat and low-water protection system gauge water temperatures and levels to prevent unexpected dropping or rising. Because this unit doesn't include a booster, it's ideal for businesses with access to 180-degree-Fahrenheit incoming water.

A universal-style unit, the Jackson TEMPSTAR W/O high-temp dishmachine can be installed as a straight-through or corner kit when a field conversion kit is purchased. Intended for use in compact kitchens, it measures 32 inches wide by 29 inches deep by 64³⁄₈ inches high. It's fitted with adjustable bullet feet that can be raised or lowered to stabilize on uneven flooring, preventing wobbling as dishes are loaded or removed.
