Operators can use the Jackson TEMPSTAR W/O TempStar® door-type dishwasher's top-mounted timer to select a normal, medium, heavy, or extra-heavy cycle. Because this system doesn't include a booster, incoming water must be 180 degrees Fahrenheit for proper sanitization. At the proper temperature and flow pressure of 8 to 12 PSI, its 57-second normal cycle can wash 63 racks per hour with 56.07 gallons of water—0.89 gallons of water per rack. To reduce manual tasks, this unit's tank fills automatically, its pump self-drains wash water each cycle, and its large scrap basket traps food waste. Its high-limit thermostat and low-water protection mechanism monitor temperatures and water levels to reduce damage risks.

For thorough cleaning, the Jackson TEMPSTAR W/O door-type dishwasher includes specially designed stainless steel nozzles that enhance cleaning action. Its wash and rinse arms can be interchanged for flexibility and can be detached for cleaning as needed. This unit's universal style enables installation as a straight-through or corner unit with a field conversion kit (sold separately). Its 32-inch-wide by 29-inch-deep by 64³⁄₈-inch-tall design suits compact kitchens, while its stainless steel construction resists dents, warps, rust, and corrosion to prolong its service life. A front dress panel covers internal components for additional protection, and to eliminate rocking during operation, its bullet feet can be adjusted to stabilize on uneven flooring.
