This Jackson TEMPSTAR W/O TempStar® door-type, high-temp dishwasher is ideal for businesses with access to 180-degree-Fahrenheit incoming water because it doesn't include a booster heater. At the correct sanitization temperatures, this unit can clean 63 racks per hour with 56.07 gallons of water per hour, or 0.89 gallons per rack. Staff can set normal (57 seconds), medium (117 seconds), heavy (177 seconds), or extra-heavy (297 seconds) cycles with the multi-cycle timer to ensure cleaning of various soil levels. Its auto tank fill and door-actuated start simplify beginning a new cycle, while its interchangeable wash/rinse arms and stainless steel nozzles maximize wash action. To prevent damage if temperatures rise or water levels drop, this unit includes a high-limit thermostat and low-water protection.

Because it's a universal-style unit, the Jackson TEMPSTAR W/O high-temp dishwasher can be installed as a straight-through or corner unit once it's field converted with a kit (sold separately). This 32-inch-wide by 29-inch-deep by 64³⁄₈-inch-tall machine is made of durable stainless steel—a corrosion- and rust-resistant metal that can be wiped clean between uses.
