To match the output of full-service restaurants, small schools, and coffee shops, the Jackson TEMPSTAR HH-E VENTLESS (VER) door-type dishmachine can wash 40 racks per hour with 0.78 gallons of water per rack—31.20 gallons of water per hour. To ensure the effective removal of baked-on soil, this TempStar® series unit includes four timed cycles: normal (90 seconds), medium (153 seconds), heavy (213 seconds), and extra heavy (333 seconds). The built-in booster heater raises 40- to 90-degrees-Fahrenheit inlet water to 155 degrees Fahrenheit for wash cycles and 180 degrees Fahrenheit for rinse cycles. Its Sani-Sure™ final-rinse system further ensures rinse water reaches the 180-degree-Fahrenheit requirement.

This Jackson TEMPSTAR HH-E VENTLESS (VER) high-temperature ventless dishwasher's energy-recovery system works in tandem with the internal condensing system to heat incoming water with water vapor. Each cycle starts automatically, and the tank fills automatically to minimize manual tasks. For enhanced cleaning action, it's built with stainless steel nozzles and a self-draining stainless steel pump that eliminates wash water each cycle. Operators can manage incoming water pressure with the included pressure regulator and initiate deliming cycles with the delime switch.

Compatible with 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans and 60-quart mixing bowls, this commercial warewasher's chamber measures 20³/₄ inches wide by 27 inches high. This machine measures 28⁵/₈ inches wide by 35⁵/₈ inches deep by 93 inches high overall and is made of rigid, rust-, corrosion-, and wear-resistant stainless steel. Because it's fitted with adjustable feet, it can be modified to level on irregular flooring.
