To match the output of high-traffic kitchens, the Jackson TEMPSTAR HH-E VENTLESS (VER) ventless door-type dishmachine can wash a rack in 90 seconds using 0.78 gallons of water, resulting in 40 racks cleaned with 31.2 gallons of water per hour. Operators can select from normal, medium, heavy, and extra-heavy options to ensure dishes, utensils, and large wares are fully sanitized, and this ventless unit uses an energy-recovery system and internal condensing system to heat incoming water with water vapor. Its built-in booster heater raises incoming 40-to-90-degree-Fahrenheit water to 155 degrees Fahrenheit for wash cycles and 180 degrees Fahrenheit for rinse cycles—enforced by the Sani-Sure™ system.

To simplify startup, the Jackson TEMPSTAR HH-E VENTLESS (VER) high-temperature warewasher features an automatic tank fill and start mechanism. While its stainless steel nozzles maximize cleaning action, its self-draining stainless steel pump eliminates wash water each cycle. Its high-limit thermostat and low-water protection streamline operation and minimize damage. To minimize scale buildup and keep operation smooth, users can initiate a delime cycle with the correlating switch.

This commercial dishmachine's chamber opening measures 20³/₄ inches wide by 27 inches high to accommodate 60-quart mixing bowl and 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans. Despite its tall design, this unit measures 28⁵/₈ inches wide by 35⁵/₈ inches deep by 93 inches high to fit compact kitchens. Its resilient stainless steel construction resists rust, corrosion, and wear and is simple to wipe clean, and this unit is positioned on feet that can be adjusted to fit uneven surfaces.
