To maintain a comfortable, steam-free environment, the Jackson DISHSTAR ADA-SEER warewasher's steam elimination and energy recovery (SEER) mechanism extracts hot water vapor from its chamber, then uses it to heat incoming rinse water. This high-temperature unit includes a built-in booster that raises incoming wash water to at least 155 degrees Fahrenheit, while its Sani-Sure™ feature increases final-rinse water to 180 degrees Fahrenheit for proper sanitization.

For streamlined operation, Jackson DISHSTAR ADA-SEER undercounter dishwasher features bottom-mounted solid-state controls with an LED display that provides a temperature readout and three selectable timed options: Cycle I, Cycle II, and Cycle III. When water pressure and temperature meet requirements, Cycle I can wash 24 racks per hour using 14.4 gallons of water. This glassware-compatible unit includes a soft-start mechanism that reduces chipping and breaking risk, while its recirculating wash design uses the wash tank's water for several cycles for energy efficiency. To remove hard water deposits, staff can initiate the deliming cycle.

To meet ADA requirements, this glasswasher measures 24¹⁄₄ inches wide by 26⁷⁄₈ inches deep by 29³⁄₄ inches tall to fit beneath a 34-inch counter. Its 12-inch interior clearance height accommodates the included peg and combination racks, while its labyrinth-type door-seal design reduces dripping risks for safe operation. This exceptionally durable stainless steel unit resists rust, corrosion, and wear through daily use and features a double-wall cabinet that muffles noise and retains generated heat.
