Jackson AJX-66CEL Description
The Jackson AJX-66CEL conveyor dishwasher is capable of washing as many as 209 racks of dishes an hour. Every step of the washing cycle is automated, including the initial fill, so staff need only to insert racks into the loading end of the machine and retrieve them at the other end when the cycle is complete. This low-temperature machine uses sanitizing chemicals to disinfect dishes during the final rinse cycle, a method that's energy-efficient and effective. 25 inches of vertical clearance allow oversized wares like stock pots and full-size sheet pans to be sent through the conveyor dishwasher.
This dishwasher is designed to operate only when a rack is present in the machine, preventing it from running when it's empty and saving electricity. The Jackson AJX-66CEL is built with electromechanical controls that are easy to operate and service. A long-lasting stainless steel scrap basket and wash pump are built for a long life of service. Splash shields keep water inside the machine where it belongs and away from floors where it could cause a slip hazard. An included front dress panel conceals and protects electronic and mechanical components to keep them from getting damaged in the hustle and bustle of the dishroom.
