To sanitize 225 racks per hour properly, this Jackson AJX-66CE high-temperature conveyor dishwasher must be connected to incoming water at 180-degree-Fahrenheit. When ordering this unit, operators can select a 40-degree-Fahrenheit or 70-degree-Fahrenheit electric booster heater to raise incoming water temperature from 140 degrees Fahrenheit or 110 degrees Fahrenheit, respectively. To save water, this unit uses 0.68 gallons to wash each rack, which totals 153 gallons of water per hour. When a rack isn't being washed or rinsed, EnergyGuard™ technology automatically powers off the unit to prevent energy waste.

This fully automated Jackson AJX-66CE conveyor-type dishmachine only requires users to insert dishracks into the loading end and retrieve them from the other end after a cycle is complete. Its Adjust-A-Peak™ mechanism lets employees modify the conveyor system's speed to either maximize output or initiate an enhanced wash and rinse for heavily soiled dishes. For thorough cleaning, the prewash section features two upper arms and one lower arms, while its 18-inch wash section is 18 inches away from the rinse section. Stainless steel scrap baskets accumulate food debris during cycles and are simple to remove and clean. Ideal for fast-paced kitchens in schools, restaurants, and healthcare facilities, this 84-inch-wide by 31-inch-deep by 75¹⁄₂-inch-tall unit's stainless steel construction resists rust, corrosion, and wear, featuring a front dress panel that protects interior components from damage.
