As much as 1,000 pounds of bulk food items can be transported with the New Age 1212 mobile dunnage rack to lessen the physical toll of loading and unloading. Complete with two swivel casters and two brake casters, the rack can turn, reverse, and park, which is convenient for large kitchens. Its surface is lined with slats that provide balance for bagged and boxed goods, and their openings create air flow to help preserve perishables. Its welded aluminum construction resists rust. This rack offers variations, as the casters can be swapped to four swivel casters or four heavy-duty casters that may better suit the operator’s needs. Furthermore, an optional handle can be purchased to push to rack.
