The rack’s crossbar slats provide a smooth, flat surface for items to balance, and the slats’ openings enable air circulation so foods are less likely to spoil early. Made of corrosion-resistant welded aluminum, this strong rack can carry as much as 1,000 pounds through commercial kitchens, cafeterias, and campuses. Its framework and laterals consist of wall tubing to securely keep products lifted. An optional handle can be purchased for more effective transportation, and casters can be swapped with all-swivel casters or heavy-duty casters to customize the transportation experience.
