The New Age 1064 H.D. Series heavy-duty shelving unit includes four shelves that can hold 1,500 pounds per shelf, and the extruded aluminum unit raises products above the ground to maintain a sanitary storage space. The shelves’ tiered design maximizes storage on the shelf so it does not take up space in other areas, such as walk-in freezers, refrigerators, and dry storage areas. Slats line the shelves’ flat surface to circulate airflow and reduce moisture buildup, preventing early spoilage of perishables. The stationary unit stays in place with its adjustable feet, which can be modified to fit on top of uneven flooring to prevent stored products from toppling. Corrosion-resistant, the unit is a versatile item that can be stored in freezers, fridges, and humid environments, widening the types of products it can store. For a mobile unit, users can purchase optional 5- or 6-inch casters.
