The 1,000-pound capacity of this New Age 1021TB heavy-duty shelving unit is ideal for correctional facilities and other institutions that need storage space for large, heavy items. Measuring 36 inches wide by 20 inches deep, this unit's 48-inch height has two tiers of shelving. These tiers have 34¹⁄₂ inches of space between them, accommodating stacked storage to maximize the shelf footprint. Because these shelves are slatted, they provide a path for air circulation to keep the environment dry and temperature stable. The flat surfaces streamline cleaning and ensure loading and unloading products is smooth. Strong and resistant to corrosion, the shelf is made of all-welded aluminum. Its adjustable feet maintain stability on uneven surfaces.
