San Jamar THDGWP Description
To ensure liquids are at the right temperature, the San Jamar THDGWP waterproof digital thermometer can withstand boiling water. It sports a 3-inch-long stainless steel thin-tip probe, which can be submerged into water to gauge temperature. This blue thermometer can record a temperature range of -58 to 482 degrees Fahrenheit. Its heat-treated ABS plastic sheath, which doubles as a handle extension, won’t warp from high temperatures. The digital display is easy to read, and its power on/off button and Celsius/Fahrenheit button streamline operation. It also has a hold function to keep the temperature on the display for a longer period. After use, it can be placed in a dishmachine.
