San Jamar BD2003 Description
The San Jamar BD2003 Mini Dome® garnish center is made of impact-resistant plastic to support use in high-volume applications. In its two 1-quart trays, the center can be used to hold lemons, limes, cherries, and other garnishes. Operators can easily restock and chill the product since the trays are removable and leave room underneath for ice or ice packs. Rotating back for easy access, the lid is dome-shaped to accommodate overflowing garnishes.
