AccuTemp ALLEC-40 Description
With its 40-gallon capacity, the Accutemp ALLEC-40 Edge Series™ steam kettle equips institutions and high-volume kitchens to produce large quantities of soup, chili, or stew. Its temperature is adjustable to a level between 150 and 285 degrees Fahrenheit. If its heating elements malfunction, they can be replaced in the field.
Because it's insulated, the Accutemp ALLEC-40 steam kettle doesn't become too hot to touch on the outside. Its chamber's bottom two-thirds are surrounded by a steam jacket that heats contents quickly and thoroughly without developing hot spots. After food has been cooked, it can be removed using the draw-off valve. The unit doesn't tilt and is mounted on four adjustable legs.
