This one-section unit measures 501⁄4 inches wide and includes two high-strength, full-extension drawers that accommodate a total of six full-size 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch hotel pans. Each drawer includes divider bars for organized storage, and the stainless steel drawer handles match the cabinet’s durable stainless and galvanized exterior finish.
Outfitted with a side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system, the Silver King SKRCB50H-EDUS3 one-section chef base maintains internal temperatures between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. A forced-air circulation system distributes cold air evenly throughout the aluminum interior, which features coved corners and finished edges to streamline cleaning. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation retains cold air, while four 4-inch heavy-duty casters—mounted to a 12-gauge steel base—support both mobility and structural stability.
