The Silver King SKFI15-ELUS1 dipping cabinet can hold two 3-gallon tubs of ice cream and is constructed of stainless and galvanized steel with polyurethane insulation. The bottom-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses a cold call system and operates using R290 refrigerant. Dual flip-top lids sit atop the unit for access to either side of the cabinet. The overall unit measures 14 inches wide by 23 inches deep and sits on four casters for mobility as needed.
