The CookTek 301309 UPCG01 round chafer has a hinged lid that stays open at 90 degrees, and its glass window provides visibility into the unit. Condensation is sent into the water bath with drip channel funnels, and the chafer can be used with or without a water bath. Its stainless steel insert holds 4¹/₂ liters of product and is sturdy for heavy use. Induction ready, this unit has an adjustable rubber foot to reduce sliding.
