Using the control knobs, the cooking power can be adjusted to 10 different levels, and an LED screen displays bar graphs so operators know which settings are being used. For instant use, this unit detects when a pan is present to quickly transfer energy.

The CookTek 641600 commercial induction range has an automatic shut-off feature and integral fans to cool the components, ensuring the unit doesn't overheat and burn the countertop.
