CookTek HTD-9500-SH18-1 Description
From the Helio series, the CookTek HTD-9500-SH18-1 commercial induction cooktop features a drop-in design with a glass-ceramic top and stainless steel body. Both the cooktop and body are made of easy-to-clean materials, facilitating maintenance between cook cycles. The single burner is controlled by the 43/10-inch touch display and can be manipulated anywhere from 85 to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. The microprocessor detects discrepancies in the system and detects when a pan is present or removed, adjusting as necessary.
Designed to be highly efficient in kitchens, the induction cooking style used with this CookTek HTD-9500-SH18-1 induction cooktop is more eco-friendly than gas and traditional electric alternatives. Induction only heats the piece of cookware, so it lets less heat out in the kitchen and is safer to use. It is a very precise cooking method, which is ideal for sensitive applications like chocolate melting.
