The CookTek 681102-08 drop-in induction plancha is designed for simple integration into countertops, offering a 30-inch-wide by 23-inch-deep chrome cooking surface. Equipped with two independent 7,000-watt induction zones, it enables operators to set different temperatures for each zone across 10 available settings. The system provides even heating from edge to edge, providing consistent cooking results. With a temperature range of 325 to 525 degrees Fahrenheit, it supports a variety of cooking applications.
To maintain cleanliness, the CookTek 681102-08 features a surrounding grease moat that channels excess grease into two removable drawers. A built-in microprocessor continuously monitors the system for overheating or power fluctuations, while an automatic shut-off function prevents internal overheating. The stainless steel housing enhances durability, and an integral fan keeps internal components cool.
