CookTek 680101 Description
The CookTek 680101 induction plancha features a 36-inch-wide overall design with a 30-inch-wide by 23-inch-deep chrome cooking surface. It is equipped with two independent 7,000-watt induction zones, allowing operators to set each zone at different constant temperatures. The unit offers 10 temperature settings, ranging from 325 to 525 degrees Fahrenheit, with near-instantaneous recovery to maintain consistent cooking temperatures. A stainless steel housing enhances durability, and an advanced cooling system helps regulate internal component temperatures.
Designed for efficiency, the CookTek 680101 induction plancha includes a grease moat surrounding the cooking surface, which directs runoff into two removable grease drawers. The microprocessor monitors internal components to detect overheating or power supply issues, while the automatic shut-off function prevents excessive internal temperatures. This model operates at 14 kW and is powered by a 208/240-volt, three-phase electrical connection.
