The Turbo Air TOM-96SEB-N full-height merchandiser creates a vertical air curtain to evenly chill displayed contents, while its perforated interior back wall and top and back guard enhance air circulation. So the air curtain isn't disrupted, this unit shouldn't be installed near doorways, fans, or HVAC vents. To preserve temperatures, the merchandiser is foamed in place with high-density polyurethane insulation, while the included night curtain can be positioned over the open front during non-business hours to conserve energy. As inventory changes, staff can adjust unit temperatures with the digital electronic thermostat and monitor it with the solar-powered digital thermometer. The thermostat also includes a defrost control to reduce ice buildup. This unit's self-contained refrigeration operates with eco-friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and features a self-cleaning condenser that captures and removes dust to keep the unit operating as it should.
