For expedited setup, the Turbo Air TOM-72L-UFD-W(B)-3S-N horizontal open display merchandiser is self-contained, so it doesn’t require plumbing and operates with simple plug-in installation. To extend its service life, its condenser uses a daily self-cleaning mechanism; its rotating brush moves across the fine mesh filter, catching and removing potentially damaging dust accumulation. This unit produces and maintains cool air using environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant, and operators can raise or lower temperatures as stock is rotated using the electronic digital thermostat. To ensure goods are merchandised safely, the digital, solar-powered thermometers displays an accurate readout. Its open-top configuration is susceptible to temperature changes, so it's lined with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation that preserves temperatures, even in warm ambient spaces.

Its three-level design features two glass shelves on two levels and a stainless steel bottom deck so operators can organize goods as desired. Tempered glass panels encase three sides of the unit, providing a direct view of the deck, while LED interior lighting illuminates merchandised products for visibility. To prevent interference with shopping customers, rear sliding glass doors simplify loading and unloading stock during busy business hours. These perforated doors prompt air to circulate throughout the case, minimizing warm spots and condensation that could affect product quality.
