This 63³⁄₈-inch-wide by 34³⁄₄-inch-deep by 42¹⁄₈-inch-tall unit features a black exterior with solid side panels that attractively contrast with its stainless steel interior. While the safety-reinforced tempered glass front shield provides a full view of the bottom level's displayed contents, LEDs illuminate the case's three shelves. These variously sized shelves can accommodate bottled drinks and packaged salads, sandwiches, sushi, snacks, desserts, and more.

To hold foods at safe temperatures, the Turbo Air TOM-60SB-SP-N horizontal display case is built with a self-contained refrigeration system that uses environmentally friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigeration. This system's self-cleaning condenser catches dust on its fine mesh filter and removes buildup daily with automatic brushings. Operators can set temperatures on the digital electronic thermostat, while the solar-powered thermometer provides an accurate, digital temperature readout. The interior's back wall and top are perforated for enhanced air circulation to generate temperatures maintained by the cabinet's foamed-in-place high-density polyurethane insulation.
