It operates using eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a self-cleaning condenser to reduce maintenance requirements. The cabinet is insulated with polyurethane to minimize energy usage.
The Turbo Air TOM-48UC-W-N open-air cooler is made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel that's durable for heavy-duty use. After hours, a night curtain can be placed over the open top to protect contents. The back guard and perforated interior back wall improve air circulation to keep product cold and prevent warm spots and condensation.
