This machine operates with R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to produce low temperatures, and its condenser uses a rotating bush to remove dust buildup from its filter daily. Its perforated glass doors and open top improve air circulation, while its high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation retains temperatures in warm ambient environments. Operators can manage temperatures and start defrost cycles using the digital thermostat. The included night curtain can be pulled over the unit between shifts to ensure product stays cool while saving energy.
