The Turbo Air TOM-36L-UFD-W(B)-2S-N open-air cooler is self-contained and doesn't require plumbing, so it's simple to install. To minimize hands-on maintenance tasks, its condenser cleans itself daily with a rotating brush to remove trapped dust that otherwise could impact system efficiency. To produce cool temperatures, it operates with environmentally friendly R-290 refrigerant. The digital electronic thermostat can be used to raise or lower temperatures, and its solar-powered digital thermometer monitor temperatures accurately to ensure foods are stored safely. This system also includes a defrost control mechanism. For uniform air circulation, the unit's glass doors are perforated, and the top is open, reducing warm spots and unsightly condensation. Polyurethane insulation retains temperatures in various ambient environments, while the included night cover can be pulled across the unit overnight or between shifts to save energy and maintain temperatures.
