The Turbo Air TOM-25MSEB-N vertical air curtain merchandiser is a medium-height, slim-profile unit measuring 28 inches wide by 27 inches deep by 61³⁄₈ inches high and boasts a 7-cubic-foot interior volume. Because it doesn't require plumbing and can simply be plugged in for installation, it has flexibility in placement. This case shouldn't be used in spaces that exceed 75 degrees Fahrenheit and 55 percent humidity or near HVAC vents, fans, or doorways that could disrupt the air curtain.

To complement hotel lobbies, gas stations, airport stores, and grocery stores, its modern body establishes a rigid, angular shape. For an attractive contrast, its exterior is black, while its interior is white-coated galvanized steel. Its four tiers are comprised of three, white-coated galvanized solid steel shelves that accommodate bottled or canned drinks in addition to packaged snacks, sandwiches, or salads. To encourage customers to select their purchases, it has an open, front glass design and includes a front shield for bottom shelf product visibility. LED lighting is also integrated beneath each shelf to enhance product displays.

As inventory changes, operators can modify and manage temperature with the Turbo Air TOM-25MSEB-N open display merchandiser's digital electronic thermostat and solar-powered digital thermometer. To maintain set temperatures, the self-contained refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and the cabinet is foamed in place with high-density polyurethane insulation. Its back guard and perforated interior back wall and top enhance airflow to ensure uniform air distribution. To protect the refrigeration system from failure, its self-cleaning condenser features a fine mesh filters that catches dust, then the brush rotates daily to remove excess dust accumulation. During idle periods, the included night curtain can be placed over the merchandiser to minimize energy loss.
