Its curved glass front maximizes the top view of product for patrons, and the three levels can hold various non-refrigerated goods. To accommodate different product heights, two of the levels are cantilevered wire shelves that employees can adjust.

To ensure long-lasting protection, the steel exterior of the Turbo Air TCGB-60DR-W bakery case is coated in non-peel, rust-resistant paint. The unit's rear doors slide for efficient loading and unloading of product, while the interior is lit by LED lighting to improve product visibility. For durability and facilitated cleaning, the floor and airflow grille are made of stainless steel. Employees can access the compressor compartment from the back for service.
