The Turbo Air TARG-4B12G Radiance gas range integrates four open burners and a 12-inch right-side griddle into a single 36-inch-wide unit, offering a compact footprint for high-volume kitchens with limited space. Each burner is covered with a 12-inch by 12-inch cast iron grate and includes a dedicated pilot beneath a lift-off top for maintenance. On the right, the ³/₄-inch-thick griddle plate delivers consistent heat retention, making it suitable for cooking small-batch items or finishing dishes. A stainless steel back riser supports a removable high shelf to stage utensils or small wares within reach.

Below the cooktop, the Turbo Air TARG-4B12G restaurant range includes one standard oven with a stainless steel interior. The oven is equipped with a pull-out stainless steel door, one rack, and two rack positions to accommodate different baking setups. Thermostatic controls regulate interior temperatures from 250 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Additional features include a full-length crumb tray that slides out from beneath the burners and 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs for floor leveling during installation.
