Turbo Air TARB-30 Description
The Turbo Air TARB-30 countertop charbroiler is a small unit designed to maximize compact spaces. While the charbroiler runs on natural gas, it ships with a conversion kit to allow the unit to run on LP gas if needed. It's constructed of stainless steel for durability and resistance to corrosion and rust, and this charbroiler also features a heavy-duty cast iron radiant and cast iron grates with a grease runner. For efficient cleanup, it’s also equipped with a full-width removable grease pan.
The Turbo Air TARB-30 countertop charbroiler is 30 inches wide, 30 inches deep, and 10 inches high, and to lift the unit off the countertop, it sits on 2-inch stainless steel standard legs. The cooking surface is equipped with five stainless steel burners, each of which feature their own manual control knob and standing pilot. The bullnose front of the unit is stainless steel and designed to stay cool in comparison to rest of the charbroiler for user safety.
