Ensuring accuracy, the temperature can be monitored with a readout and adjusted with electronic controls. Its refrigeration system is self-contained, utilizing R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a cold bunker system to cool product.

Offering enough room for employees to slice and prepare food before serving, the cutting board is 9¹⁄₂ inches deep.
