Because the Turbo Air PRO-26H-GS-PT heated cabinet sports a pass-thru design, users can load pans into the glass door and retrieve them from the solid door on the other side. This configuration is great for connecting a food prep station to a serving area, and to ease pan insertion and removal, the doors stay open past 120 degrees. This 28³⁄₄-inch-wide by 38³⁄₄-inch-deep by 83-inch-high cabinet features three 23¹⁄₂-inch-wide by 26³⁄₈-inch-deep stainless steel wire shelves. To ease cleaning and prolong service life through high-volume back-of-house applications, the interior and exterior are made of stainless steel, while the exterior's top and bottom are galvanized steel.

For enhanced preservation until precooked dishes are served, the Turbo Air PRO-26H-GS-PT pass-thru cabinet maintains temperatures from 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Staff can modify and manage temperatures with the digital temperature control and monitoring system, while the ducted fan air distribution system retains heat near the food zone to preserve flavor and moisture. To minimize energy loss, the cabinet is insulated with high-density polyurethane, and an alarm beeps when the doors remain open for extended periods of time. This unit also features an early warning program that notifies operators of issues before malfunctions occur.
