The Turbo Air PRO-26-2H-GS-PT pass thru mobile heated cabinet enables users to store and transport prepared food in a sanitary, enclosed environment that maintains optimal heat levels. It has doors on either side, enabling users to pass trays of food in one side and out the other, and the doors are half-size to reduce energy loss during use. Made of stainless and galvanized steel, this heated cabinet can withstand frequent use in a high-volume setting, and it’s resistant to corrosion and scratches.
With built-in self-diagnostics, the Turbo Air PRO-26-2H-GS-PT pass thru mobile heated cabinet alerts operators of issues before they occur, ensuring that preventative maintenance is performed on time. An open door alarm notifies users if the door isn't sealed properly, and the interior lights are dimmable to reduce energy usage. To keep stored items secure, each door has a lock that can be engaged to prevent tampering.
