Winston RTV5-05UV Description
The Winston RTV5-05UV rethermalizer oven's 9 cubic feet of interior space can hold five 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans, (10) 13-inch by 18-inch sheet pans, or (10) 12-inch by 20-inch hotel pans on racks. These racks have a load limit of 65 pounds each. For mobility, it features 3-inch casters, while a single door with left- or right-hinged configuration grants interior access.
The C-Touch control panel and dial control at the Winston RTV5-05UV oven's front enables operators to navigate channels for baking, sous vide cooking, braising, and poaching. Users select from eight total channels and adjust cooking and vapor temperatures. A USB port and wireless connectivity system enables employees to upload cook cycles and download HACCP temperature data. Phones and MP3 players can plug into the audio port and play music, should employees desire.
